Bennett Property Management Landlord breached their own lease! Mesa, Arizona

Bennett is literally the worst company we have ever rented from. They show you the house. It looks good and what not. You move in and everything falls apart. They don't clean the house prior to you taking it. But expect you to clean it and professionally clean the carpets when you move out. Once you realize all the things going wrong with the house..in our case has been since day one and many issues..you advise them of it and they really don't care. Takes over a month to get things taken care of. They rent you a house that technically should not be rented out. And charge you for way more than the house is worth. Once you bring up anything to them they ignore you, don't want to deal with you or blame you for the problem so they don't have to pay for it. I can't wait to get out of the lease with this company and seriously would never literally never recommend this company to anyone.  I wish they would "break" the lease with us!!
