Berkeley Pharmaceuticals ripoff unauthorized debit from bank card Altovis and Pinadol ripoff Cincinnati, Ohio
*Author of original report: Berkeley Pharmaceuticals Rip Off what to do
I ordered a sample of their Altovis and Pinadol. No where was I asked if I wanted to go on their monthly product mailout for $70.00 each product. I received the samples and then my bank account was debited for $140.00. I called the company and of course there was nothing they could do. My bank is filing a Federal Regulation E form for me and they will give me my money back. This is such a blatant ripoff, It is a crime these people are still in business.

After I saw my account had been debited for 140.00 this morning, I immediately called my bank. I ran over to the bank at lunch and they filed a form with the Federal Reserve and I should have my money back in a few days, hopefully. They are also issuing me a new debit card because as I was told, these people will do it again. That has been the banks experience anyway.
DO NOT hesitate to call your bank the minute you see this has happened. The faster you react the better your chances are of getting this resolved. Also, I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals office http://www.ag.state.oh.us
It only takes a few minutes and is worth it. If all of us write a letter to the AG in Ohio it might make a difference. Hopefully we can stop others from ordering from this horrible company.
