Berkeley Pharmaceuticals False ads and ripping of your credit card w/out consent Cincinnati Ohio

I had seen the ads on t.v. and the commercials looked like the product would be effective. I decided to call and order and the operator at Berkeley's was nice. What she didn't tell me was tha I would be automacally billed for more future shipments!!

It wasn't till my first shipment that in small print in the Managed Care Direct paragraph that it read about my billing and I had 5 days before I ran out of my medicine to cancel.

When I did call to cancel, Berkeley had already shipped out that same day my next supply for two months! The product itself is supposed to show effect till you use it for about four months. So I felt ripped off because I wouldn't know if the product would work at all and I am still being billed for something I no longer want and will not be able to send back according to the company.

Never again will I try to buy something like that!!!!
