Berkeley Pharmaceuticals ripoff fraud poor customer service Cincinnati Ohio

This company produces many products which are heavily advertised at the moment. Some products you may have seen on T.V. are Avlimil (female hormone increaser), Enzyte (male p***s enlargement), or Altovis (energy supplement). This is advertised as a free trial which will enter you in an automatic billing monthly cycle.
My husband ordered Altovis and after receiving his trial that we paid 4.50 for, we canceled the automatic billing cycle. About 3 weeks later we noticed another charge for 4.50 on our credit card statement, which showed up as an enzyte charge. We immediately contacted the company and said we never ordered enzyte, the lady conveniently couldn't find anywhere in the computer system where we had been charged for that. Finally she found where we had been charged the shipping for another free trial of Altovis. She apologized and said she didn't know how it happened because the computer should only allow one free sample.

Apparently it automatically enrolled us again and on 5-02 we were charged 70 bucks for a "refill". When I called to dispute this they said there was nothing they could do since the med's had already been sent out. I of course was extremely pissed off, and asked to speak with a manager. The agent denied that request saying his manager would say the same thing. I told him that was fine and told him I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges and I would contact the BBB as well. He said well I'm sorry mam, and I hung up.

After contacting my credit card company and explaining the problem, the gentleman told me he had seen this a lot with this company and advised me to NEVER order from him again.
