Bernard Haldane And Associates ripoff, mislead me, gave me false info about career advisor, hung up on me when I asked for a refund deceptive company San Francisco, San Jose California

The VP of Marketing fed me false info about the career advisor that was assigned to me and about the "hidden network" they have to major corporations. I was told my advisor was with the company "several yars", I came to find out he was only with haldane 2 months. My advisor did not claim to have any "connections" since he was new to the company. When I inquired about a company of interest he said one of his colleagues knew a person on the inside. This also turned out to be a lie.

I met with my advisor once for the initial meeting. On our second visit, the video camera which was supposed to tape what they all "a 60 second commercial" did not work so I was sent on my way without accomplishing anything. On my third visit, I arrived at the office and my advisor went home ill. I was not notified of this and did not hear anything from Bernard haldane until I told them I would seek counsel.

I contacted the office to get a refund and was like pulling teeth to get a response or a call back. When I told them I was dis-satisfied and threatened legal action, my call was answered. I was told write a letter and I will get a refund. The letter was forwarded to Ed Pollock, Regional Mgr. He stated acts of God, referring to my advisors illness, do not constitute breach of contract and no refund would be provided.

The people are very dishonest and deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM THESE A-HOLES!!!!!!!!!
