Best Buy Geek Squad Cell Phone Protection Plan Waste of Money Nationwide

Would not honor protection plan after paying for a year when credit card got stolen. Said they mailed me a email but it is not in my inbox, spam or junk folder. I even told them I would bring my computer in for them to check  or they could send Geek squad out to check my computer emails and they would not honor that stating that it did not matter that they had sent me one. 

They take your money but aren't there when you need them. Don't waste your money because their customer service is not service.
