Stupid on my part for agreeing with this... my DVD wasn't working.

For me to tell them my DVD wasn't working = $59

To clean out the dust inside the cpu = $20, I can get my house vacumn for that.

A new DVD = $70

Total cost after installation for a new DVD is $192.00

To remove two screws, plug it in and load a driver..

You've got to be kidding....

Why didn't you do it yourself if the $122.00 (that's the $192.00 - 70.00 [for the new DVD]) was too much for you to spend? Please respond.
