Best Discount Network ripoff Never received plane tickets, refund check of $3,962 bounced twice. I'm still waiting Carson City Nevada

On August 29, 2005 I purchase four roundtrip airlines tickets on South African Airways to Johannesburg, South Africa from Best Discount Network, Inc. The reservation travel dates were for departure on December 27, 2005 and returning January 5, 2006. As instructed via email and phone, I transferred $5,362 to a Bank of America account in California designated by Discount Travel Network, Inc.

On September 14, 2005 after not receiving the fours tickets and unable to verify that the tickets purchased with South African Airways, I requested a refund for Best Discount Network, Inc. After repeated phone call and email messages, I received a check for $ 3962 (minus $350 cancellation fee per ticket) on November 30, 2005. That check was returned first on December 5, 2005 and December 21, 2005 for non sufficient funds. These non sufficient fund activities resulted in bank fees totaling $272.

After a number of phone calls and email messages, on January 10, 2006, I was told that the company is having some merging issues and my refund will be sent next week.
