I placed an order for discount indoor tanning products thru what appeared to be a secured website. The following day, my debit card was charged. I went to the website to confirm tracking info. but the website only stated in-progress. Then I read the company info. stating I will not be billed until items have been shipped. This brought my first concern..

I then sent an email inquiring status. I received no response. I waited a few days then re-checked the website for shipping info. It still read, in-progress. I then sent another email and called. I left a voice mail asking them to call me back with status. Then the same day, I received an email from V. Hoff, stating my order shows it's been shipped. Are you out of the country?

I then replied back asking for the tracking number. I was questioning why they would ask me if I was out of the country when my shipping address is in the US... Basically, why does it matter? Then I received another email with the tracking number. So I tracked it via USPS online and saw that the tracking number they provided me was for a shipment that was shipped a month earlier which still states it's in-transit... Just doesn't make any-sense!

So I sent another email asking them to review the order and see that I placed it this month and not last month, and I have not received any response. I believe this is a complete fraud/scam and everyone should be aware of this. They need to be tracked down thru their IP address's and made to pay for this type of theft. I have lost the money that they took without receiving any goods and it's just not right! Noone should have to go thru this! Please help to stop this type of crime and get these fake companies off of the world wide web!
