Best Price Cameras Dishonest Billing issues, Bait & Switch, Gray Market items listed as Brooklyn New York

I purchased a NIKON D200 digital camera package from Best Price Cameras. The sales rep (Ken ext 283) told me a number of times it was a US warrantee product. I received the items on 11-2-06. I was suspicious when I could not find a warrantee card so I called Nikon directly to check it out. According to Nikon this was a Gray Market product and is not supported under US warrantee. I was guaranteed by Ken the sales mgr that this item is covered under US warrantees when I placed the order. The web site also states that Everything we sell comes with a full US Warranty These people are very difficult to deal with and repeatedly lied to me and would not give me a straight answer.

They stated I would receive a Full refund since I never opened any of the other items or powered the camera on. They withheld $372.12 for 'Shipping & restocking charges. Do not buy anything from these people. They also do business under the following names:
Century 21, Hellow Camera,J&K Cameras, Infiniti Photo. Check the BBB on this company.
