I bought camera through their online promo a D200 Nikon Slr, with 18-200 lens for 14500.I talked Sean their sales representative and said that the charger and the battery are not included in the price. So he gave me a final amount of $2,099 with all the accessories, including the three days shipment delivery of the product and I agreed. After that I'd waited for a week to receive the product and when I open the box. I noticed that there is a big difference to the statement from the amount that we agreed over the phone amounting to 2,999 which is 900 over. I called them right away and talked to Sean and he is denying the amount that we agreed was 2099 and when I couldn't convince him he just transferred me to the customer service right away. So I talked to the customer service named Jay or John, I'm not sure of his name and he play backed the tape of our conversation when I was ordering the product and admitted that I was right. But still, they just offered me of a 75 credit and an extra battery with free delivery without extra charge just to get the product. I told them I have to call them back because I was in school at that time and never called them back because it is useless for them because they are not reliable and they lie about their merchandise. I called my credit card hotline and informed for the unauthorized charged that I incurred from them and advised me to dispute the 900 unauthorized charges and will send me a form regarding the amount that I disputed. The reason I email your good office because I don't know if I'm doing the right thing and to assist me with my case.

I am sure that I am not going to pay the amount they charged me and will not agree on their want which is really illegal. The sales representative I talked to especially Sean is not a service oriented, he is very rude and a big liar. One more thing they promised that there will be a free MP4 player free which I didn't receive. The invoice than they send was not itemized and it is hard to contact their office. I hope your office will help me as soon as possible. Thanks.
