Beyond The Rack They take your money, deliver nothing and refuse to refund , Saint-Laurent Quebec

On May 3rd, I placed an order on the website of beyondtherack.com

They had delivered nothing by the end of June. When I demanded a refund, they offered me only a store credit. Since they deliver nothing, what is the use of a store credit?

They came up with all sorts of excuses e.g. New management bought the company. Apparently, that means that they bought the assets and are not paying the debts.

As too many months have elapsed, I may not be able to make a chargeback.

My recommendation: Don't buy from these people. They display items they don't have, keep telling you to wait and then finally tell you that they don't give refunds.
