I placed an order for a dress on April 18, 2016 from Beyond the Rack and never received my order. After about two weeks, I called to get an update on my order. They claimed that the manufacturer had no more of the  dresses that I ordered and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days.

I waited for about two weeks or more and never received my refund, so I used the online chat option to inquire about it. I was told that it would take an additional week or two for the refund to be processed. After that time passed, I still didn't receive my refund, so I used the online chat service again. I was told that the manufacturer now had the dress so they would ship it to me. Another month went by and I still didn't receive my order or a refund, so I called and spoke to someone who stated that the manufacturer of the dress and Beyond the Rack were in some type of a lawsuit which prohibits me from receving a refund. So they insisted on still sending a dress that seemed to not exist.

After another month passed, I called back again to inquire about both the refund and the dress. Once again, I was given excuses as to why I couldn't get a refund, but I would be receiving the dress in about a week or two. I waited for another month and the same senario happened again. Now four months have gone by and I still have neither the dress or the refund. Suddenly, I get an email from Beyond the Rack on July 22, 2016 stating that my original order has been shipped on July 20, 2016 through UPS Mail Innovations. Today is August 3, 2016 and no dress has been delivered to me yet. They had a tracking number on the email, so I attempted to track the order. It keeps stating that the order was processed through UPS Mail Innovations and was ready for UPS on 7-21-16 at 7:12am. Once again, I contacted Beyond the Rack only to be told that they have to open an inquiry with UPS or USPS to find out what happened to my order. So I have been told a web of lies since April 2016 up until now with no satisfaction, no order and no refund.
