Ordered about $160 worth of clubs from BHM golf last summer. After 6 weeks, called them and got nothing but VERY RUDE treatment from Brian Meyer. Cancelled order and BHM has not refunded my money. Have filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General of Illinois and found that Illinois has criminal proceedings against this guy for fraud! Yet he is still in business and ripping off people. This company is an Internet Scam that preys on first time suckers and takes their money while failing to deliver.

Dear Gumpy,
We would appreciate to know your thoughts on this matter, But we have seen your many negative posts on Golfreview.com and other sites under Gumpy and you state no real facts agains the 'old' BHMGOLF.
We at BHM GOLF offer the best in prices and we work with all vendors to give you the BEST prices. Their are other sites out their that deal with their vendors in similar matter.
We explain now whether an item is in stock ready to ship or a special order and we specifially tell a customer when to expect an item.
The customer always has the right to cancel the order even if the customer has ordered the product. The Customer is always right when dealing on the internet.
We strive from our complaint rate in 2009 to .02 percent based on our sales volume. Our past management was much higher.
We greatly feel sorry if our past managment did any harm to you but we are willing to try and help you out.
