Recently I was interested in finding some golf shirts in a certain brand I like. None of my local golf retailers stock these shirts any longer, so I did a Google search and found that BHMGolf.com had them in my size. Pleased, I ordered three shirts, and was especially pleased that my purchase qualified for free shipping.

About ten days passed and I had not received my merchandise, so I called BHM Golf, and spoke with Brian, whom I assume is the proprietor. His response was "I'll check on it" and he hung up. I did the same thing each of the next two weeks, and still no merchandise. At one point he said he would send an E-mail, and I asked to whom he would send it. He said "the supplier," which means that he does not stock this merchandise and is simply a middleman, which was NOT what his web site indicated.

At this point I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and request the forms through which I could file my dispute. Just this week I called the merchant again and simply asked to cancel the order. Brian again said "Sure" and said I would receive an E-mail or phone call the next day with details.

Today I received the dispute forms, but thought I should give this merchant one more chance to refund my charges. I gave my name, the order number, the amount and my phone number and he kept saying "When?" When I responded "When what? When did I order or when did I request cancellation?" he responded by screaming "Jesus Christ! What in hell is wrong with you?" I then responded that I was about to file a credit card dispute, and then he informed me that I was about to receive an E-mail saying my charges were being refunded. My credit card company has no record of this refund.
