BHM Golf is a ripoff, they flat out steal your money. This 'business' has no other means of staying in business. The owner should be forced to give everyone their money back and serve prison time. He's a crook. Do not order from them. Here is a chronological list of my experience with them:
On January 16, 2011, an order was placed with BHMGolf.com
for a 'Clicgear 3.0' golf cart. The BHM Golf order ID is: 42249.
On January 18, 2011, BHM Golf sent an email confirmation for
a package with UPS tracking number 1Z110A8R0361252590 to be sent to Germantown, MD.
On January 19, 2011 the package was received. Upon arrival
and inspection, it was apparent that the merchandise was incorrect. What was
sent was a 'Trekker TC3 Freestyle' golf cart, the item ordered was a 'Clicgear
3.0' golf cart. The merchant, BHM Golf, was promptly contacted. Upon talking to
the business representative, he stated that he knew that the wrong merchandise
was sent and tried to persuade me into accepting the wrong merchandise. I
refused and asked for a refund and acknowledgment to return the wrong
merchandise. Numerous correspondences occurred, only after a promise was made
to file complaints with the Illinois Attorney General's Office, Maryland
Attorney General's Office, and the IC3, did BHM Golf reply with acknowledgment
of refund.
On January 21, 2011, BHM Golf sent me an email with an
acknowledgment of intent to refund. Included in this email was a UPS shipping
label, tracking number: 1Z110A8R0363396324.
On January 27, 2011, the returned item was delivered to BHM
Golf. Numerous emails were sent to BHM Golf, without acknowledgment or reply.
There has been no refund to this very date.
On February 14, 2011, Capital One Bank was called to dispute
the charges. Consumer complaints have been
filed with both the Illinois Attorney General's office and the Maryland
Attorney General's office.
