I PURCHASE ONLINE GAME FROM BIG FISH GAMES, WITH A PROMISE FROM THEM TO GIVE A FULL REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS IF NOT SATISFIED WITH THE GAME FOR ANY REASON, I CONTACTED THEM TO GET THIS REFUND BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK. THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE ME A NAME OR PHONE TO CALL THEM AND EMAILS THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM REGARDING THIS MATTER HAS BEEN VERY RUDE
