I needed tires.,and I just moved so I could not use my Money Tree Loan yet.  I took a quick loan for my safety. I paid one payment and the next payperiod I wanted it paid off.  I tried to pay off loan using onlie account, there were errors for evey way I tried. I called in the payment.  Next day I got email saying they took both the payment and the pay off.  I called in on Monday, after a they had also called into my work. (why? they owe me) 

I had to do three way phone call (30 minutes) to get my debit verified.  Upon this they also asked - balance before the debit, after the debit and overdrafts!! I have never used them before- so why they asked so many questions after taking unauthorized amount- almost $100!!  I said to them exactly.. Why did you ask for account details such as balances and overdrafts on my"f8cking" account.

Well- then he said since you used profanity this is "ESCALATED: ???

So he wanted a number to call me back- (thye have all my info) and someone will get back with me.  They did not refund my money and now have to file probably legal proceeding for $100.- and HOPING they do not continue to take money from my account. I can't ee file fraud until 4 days. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
