borrowed 475. paid 6months $1617. they want  6 months more totaling  $3235. then on top of that ive been receiving threatening phone calls harrasing to take me to court unless i settle to what theyre asking for[ job, police ]they stated i borrowed 475. back in  2012 to which i paid in full. no records of payment being online they claim  its not their company and if i didnt pay in full i wouldnt be able to reborrow. so someone that works with or for them took my identity. so first i already paid them the $475. and do i still need to pay the rest for the next 6 months and what should i do about threatening emails and phone calls. i dont appreciate  also the emails are combining all paydays in statement  these indian tribals co. should not be allowed and if we already paid to which i have they should close the accounts i have already paid $1143.  they should be taken to court their rippin us off
