I went to Bill Heard Chevrolet to buy a 2003 Cavalier. After I went through the process of choosing a car, I sat down with the salesman to discuss the cost of the car, and monthly payments. We agreed to a monthly payment and the number of years I would be paying for the car, but when I went to sign the papers the monthly payment had been increased by more than $50, and the length of payment had been increased by a year and a half.

Told we'd get our down payment back and now its a run around. This has caused lost work, inconvienence, stress.
