I am also a victim of Bill Heard and their use of National AFV Center for alt fuel conversions. I am now needing to replace the complete system as National and the manufacturer of the conversion system are out of business. Bill Heard refuses to help. I have continually encoruaged others: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BILL HEARD.
I would like to know the name of the attorney that is working with SYNTHIA in MESA, AZ She has stated that she has had the same problem. And would like to know who she hired to replace her alt fuel system.

do you and the cronies you hang with, all with pretty cloud laced blue license plates think the rest of us cannot see past the rip off that the state of arizona and you have exploited on the rest of us who dont enjoy the use of a half priced vehicle with free lifetime registration without need to demonstrate actual use of alt fuels. afv in arizona is an acronym for " all free vehicle" for those of you outside our lovely state, the tree hugger lobby convinced our state legislature to pay for the instalation of alt fuel devices. they also agreed to waive registration fees on these vehicles. in the state of arizona registration fees are based on the value of the vehicle, in my case i pay over 200 dollars for a 5 year old suburban, which is down from almost 500 dollars when it was new. also the legislature agreed to pay 30% of the original cost of the vehicle back to the buyer. but the key is that the purchaser had to front the money until the rebates came back from the state, so that left most of the working class peons inneligable to take advantage of the shell game, instead we get to fund it. so dont expect pity from those of us that didnt. i have yet to personaly meet anyone who recieved an all free vehicle to say they still use the alt fuel it was converted to use. you see we didnt take the gas tanks out of them, they still run on gasoline and most of them never got reflled when the tanks ran out of propane or liquid natural gas. also i happen to know that you as a consumer signed a release of legal obligation to the dealer when you recieved your free vehicle. all the dealers did it. so why would this dealer be responsible to constantly fulfill your need of free stuff?

maybe you should write to your state representative, oh yes, i forgot, he was run out on a rail for perpetrating this outrageous expense on the rest of us.
