Bill Heard i co-signed for my grandson but they put mefor the buyer .he no longer has the car it was repoed now i'm response. they over charged forthe car.for a 2004.total 23,000 what to do. Duluth Georgia

i was only a co-signer for my grandson they have me for the main buyer .they came to my house in order for me to sign the papers. the salesmaan told me that i was not responsible .he made the payments they were very expensive not including the insurance. he was charged a new car price for a used car.when i call back to find out why my name was still listed as the main buyer. the salesman no longer worked there. and they said we should have read the fine print. before the company closed they repossed the car ,they said the pa out price was 23,000.00 for a used car the way it seems his payments were never applied to the account.
