Bill Me Later ripoff Omaha Nebraska

In Feb 2006 I went on Nutrisystem & did bill-me-later thinking that it would cost $20 a month to pay off the $287.00 charge to Nutrisystem. I have paid on time each month $20 and sometimes $50.

It is now Aug 2006 and my balance is $257.00. How could my balance be $257.00 when I have submitted over $100, you ask? well it seems that i get charged $29.00 late fees. My billing statement begins the 3rd of each month so if I were to pay $20 on July 31 it would apply to the month of July and not August. Then on August 3rd they will put in the charge of $29.00 late fee. I have to make each payment the 1st of the month otherwise it is late.

This is a total scam! When you make a payment it should come off your total bill regardless of the time of month you make the payment! I have made several payments in one month but I still receive a late fee. I called them yesterday and they said as a courtesy they would take off one of the $29.00 late fee. I said that's not courtesy, I shouldn't have been charged to begin with! They are not helpful, nor nice, nor caring.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY REASON!! If you want to purchase something, use a credit card or save up for it. I don't care if bill-me-later is your only option. DON'T DO IT!
