Biogeniste offers a "fee trial" of their product. However, free means you have to return the product within 14 days to avoid an exhorbitant charge for the product. The company claims that this disclaimer is clearly and conspicuously visible on their website. However, their definition of clearly and consicously visible means that you have to first read the tiny print at the bottom and then click on 'terms and conditions' to read the disclaimer. It is no wonder that individuals mistakenly order this "free trial" and then find a charge to their credit card 2 weeks later. These business practices may follow the letter of the law but they do not follow the intent.
