This is a professional scam. I was offered a free sample of Biogeniste Anti Wrinkle from a known trusted company (via post). I was directed to go online to complete the offer. I foolishly gave my bank info andI was scammed for €122 in 3 transactions. The first two transactions were small and sent to test my bank details.

I checked with Consumer protection bodies and there is nothing they can do. I have seen hundreds of reports from people who were scammed by the same company
