I ordered a trial sample of a product, and paid the trial fee.  The product had a 14 day trial period. My account was charged the full price of for the product after only 9 days. The trial sample was $4.95. My account was charged $89.76 before the 14 days had passed, and before I had the chance to call and request the cancellation.

BioGeniste and Support@BioGeniste.com I opened up a free for trying our product on the Internet. I ordered a sample of wrinkle cream for $4.95 shipping and had to use a credit card. Shocked when my credit card statement arrived with a $89.76 charge and the $4.95. Called the company. They said - you bought the product and could have returned it in 14 days for a refund. Biogeniste anti wrinkle cream Biogeniste is a scam! Do not buy from them. They claim get free 14 day trial for only paying $4.95 S&H fee. I never got product and canceled before 14 day trial ended. Month later they charged $89.98 on my credit card. Still didn't receive anything. Called the company and said they aren't obligated to give money back but as courtesy they will give 20% back. What? Credit card saying Fraud investigators are at work. I should get $98.+$4.95 back! Still no product either and they were so rude! How do they sleep at night?  Internet
