Bissell is refusing to honor a 30 dollar rebate that I sent in January they have no record of my rebate information and after calling 4 times gave me a separate company phone number that is only automated and gives you no way to speak to someone if your information is not in the system. This has to be a third party company because on the first prompt tells you if this is not about "Beer Or Wine" press 2! So I had to call back the main Bissell phone number and got the run around again that they would have to have someone call me! WTF they have a record of the vacuum on there system and the date it was bought 12/31/11 here it is May. In fact the cheap a*s thing broke as soon as I got it and they even had to send me a replacement part on the vacuum so they know I bought it and they know it was bought in the rebate period. Because hello morons it's in your online system and I can go online and see it there!!!!!!!!! And they are not and will not honor the 30 dollar rebate.I bought the more expensive vacuum because it had the larger rebate and really all I did was screw myself out of more money!  I sent them all the originals (receipt and serial code) because they would not take copies and now they have magically have  no record I sent it! As a first time customer I'm am disgusted at the obvious run around and them getting out of a large rebate that entices new customers such as my-self. I will be contacted my states attorney here in Florida. 30 bucks is a lot that 3 hours work for me at times. I will not take this lying DOWN>F bissell for even making me have to do this on this website. I will never by from them again. And will make sure every one of my friends and crap since they pissed me off so bad even my enemies to not buy from this out right scam company.
