Bitdefender, LLC Purchased software for 2 years, after one year it quits, denied support. Fort Lauderdale Florida

I purchased Bitdefender Total Care through Ecrater.com for 6 computers (2 keys) for 2 years. After a year both keys stopped working with no warning. I have tried contacting bitdefender through their customer support link they provided to me to explain why my product was deactivated and was denied customer support, reason for being was invalid keys, I can't even get a reason for why they deactivated them. When I log onto my bitdefender account it says I still have over a year of service left, but both key are marked invalid. I contacted Ecrater.com and was assured the software was a legal purchase. These computers are for my business and I can't go days without a working antivirus and firewall waiting without any explanation on why this product was deactivated. It's bad business to sell a product and just deactivate without any reason and then deny the customer support or and excuse why. If their "security" software is being hacked that is not the customers fault or problem and they need to at least acknowledge what the problem is instead of denying the customer an answer and pretending it does not exist. Given on how they simply just deactivated all my computers and left them without firewalls and antiviruses and turn around and won't even let me send in a support ticket tells me a lot about this company and how they run.
