Devloping a not for profit is challenging, costly and difficult, therefore common sense precludeds that managment review and ok any document of legal nature to be submitted to a government agency prior to paying for compeltion of services. The same would be with legal representation, after which upon review and approval final payment is due.

This company Charitynet USA offers to provide services to not for profit orgnaizations in the development of 501 c 3 prepration. I contacted the company only to discover they operate as a company under the corporate umbrella of Biz Central USA. They do not even answer the phone as Charitynetusa they answer as Biz Central.

We requested they work with us in prepration of 501 c 3 documents for filing and refuse to allow us to review for accuracy and validty without complete payement in advance suggesting if they have to ammend they will charge more.

I am blind and requested at the time of the original order with Matthew, to prepare in audio content so that I can review and finalize. I also paid a deposit agreeing to pay final after I review the document and approve. Now the company has taken our money $150 (deposit) and refuse to allow us to review the document as agreed originally.

I have called multiple times and the operators hang up and refuse to connect me with the director or owner of the company as requested.

I urge you please do not do business with this unscrupulous company and its team of irresponsible agents and operators who refuse to honor their commitments or adhere to right of refusal by client prior to inspection of documents to be filed with government offices. They are attempting to practice law without a licenses in the State of Colorado and should be band.
