This firm was contacted in reference to prepration of 501(3)(c) documents for filing with Internal Revenue Serivces. Matthew was the original party pursuant to the request and was made aware that I am blind and needed accomodation in prepration of the documents. He stated "No Problem we will help". I further explained I would need to listen to documents prior to completion to approve for filing. Again he agreed, I paid the requried deposit of $150 and arranged for additional payments to be made after reviewing the document to avoid error.
The company is not professional - their operators hangup on you when you refuse to discuss with them what is none of their concern.
The company refuses to honor its commitment - after being made aware the repsonsible party for the final decision is blind.
The company badgered me when I stated I refused to work or speak with anyone outside the USA that was not AMERICAN. Which is my right by law.
The company is not professional and attempting to practice law across state lines without a lesson when presuming to prepare documents without authority to finalize without respective party final approval.
Contracts are bi-directional where the purchasing party has the exclusive right to approve any and all governemental documents for filing in advance and the preparing firm is being paid to produce said documents with buyers approval.
This company is anything but professional and strongly discourage anyone from filing or using for any service until such time as they ammend their customer practices. I will be filing a subsequent report with the States Attorney General in Colorado.

The company has never once attempted to complete the process as requested. They refused as stated. Additionally there were subsequent clients in alternate states that read this report and contacted me directly to discuss the errors this company made in the alleged filings of their 501(c)(3) documents. I advised these representative company's to contact their legal counsel to correct the errors since it created legal deficiencies in their ability to effectively operate non-profit work.
They claim to not act as legal representatives, and yet they attempt to claim they can effectively generate 501(c)(3) paperwork for filing. I would be interested in knowing how many of the alleged thousands of customers were among the thousands that IRS shut down due to lack of proof in being a non-profit.
I stand by my account and have not abused this company. In the least I feel the opposit is present if one were to do the research they would find there is a problem in the way this company operates. As an MBA consultant I do not recommend this company based on direct experience and not word of mouth.

Below is our official response to the false accusations against our company. Client comments are in parenthesis with our response below
The company is not professional - their operators hang-up on you when you refuse to discuss with them what is none of their concern.
Our company policy is to treat all clients & employees with respect and professionalism. We also expect to be treated that way from clients. Our protocol is to ask the individual to calm down, if this does not work the rep will ask the client if he can escalate the call to a manager, if the caller continues and does not calm down yes, we hang up on anyone and everyone who is unprofessional or uses bad language!

Totally frivolous charge, we would love to be taken to court to show our evidence and email communication along with supporting documentation.

All of our work is done by Americans, (US Citizens here in the USA), although a few may have a slight accent, this statement made by the client is good proof of the type of angry, racist individual we are dealing with.

We are not a law firm, our website clearly has a disclaimer, this is also illegal and we dont misrepresent ourselves, that would be a dumb and easy way to get our business in trouble.
Rip-Off Report can provide a very valuable service in seeking out and deciding if a company is a scam. However, there are many good companies that can also be placed on here, because of an angry customer. There is no system in place to verify if any of the customers claims are accurate or even truthful. While this may give some an easy avenue to vent their anger, it's also ILLEGAL! To falsely slander anyones reputation may prove to be a bad idea and costly mistake. In this case we believe being blind is difficult enough and we chose not to sue this individual and let the reader come to their own conclusion.
As a company, our policy is to go the extra mile to satisfy our clients and build long term relationships. Fortunately, through good service, low prices, quality products and free resources, we have been able to serve over 10,000 clients since 2005. Many of these have been referrals from satisfied customers along with repeat buyers. Nonetheless, it is very frustrating to try and do everything right and still have someone post false accusations to ruin your reputation when you dont give in to their demands. In this case this client is really on a mission, she was not satisfied with one, but filed 2 reports the same day. Freedom of speech is a given right in this country, however, it can be abused and there is always two sides to the story, let the truth prevail.
