The sales person sold me on a 3 year professional business plan with a 3 year researched financials on my industry. He also stated that they were very familiar with my industry as a Managed Service Provider for information technology.  I was very busy and hired this company to do the work for me.  I was not able to fill out the paperwork so she called me and did a 1 hour interview on the phone which I thought was really nice of her to do with my busy schedule. I was satisfied so far until I got my first draft! It was a template business plan provided to me that I had to change over 60% of the report (because it talking about a totally different company) and deleted ALL of the financial "research" they had done because it wasn't even my industry. Most of the business plan they wrote was just a copy and paste off of my website. This company will not provide you a professional business plan at all and I have found that they did not know anything about my industry as they had stated.  They just fill in the blanks on a template file and even then be prepared to do most of the work. The "research" they do is copy and paste information. The final draft was so full of grammar and spelling errors that we stopped showing this off to people because we were embarrassed to tell them it was from a professional company. There extent of making the customer happy was for us to fix it and send it back and they would press the "accept changes" button in Microsoft word and reprint it.  I still had to do the work. 

I will admit I was not a very easy customer to communicate with in the beginning because we took on a major flow of business at the same time I started this but service consultant was very patient and worked with me by just calling me at my earliest convenience and asking me all of the questions.  I just wish her business plan writing skills were as good as her customer service skills.

I requested to have my business plan reviewed by the board and another business plan professional on Tuesday Feb 28th at 226pm.  I was told at this time that I had until that Thursday to submit my changes or they were going to go ahead and print their final draft.  I could not get this done in such a short time.  The owner will come back on here and say I was given 5 days as per his email to me.  But I also have the email trail and I was not offered this much time when I had asked for it. I did communicate with the CEO and was only offered what I stated above. When I stated I was going to consult with my attorney on this they started telling me that they would sue me for slander and false accusations and it would cost me to much money to sue them. There right. It would cost me to much of my time which is valuable. But I can at least tell the truth to others and let that speak for itself. 

Please be sure to read there terms and you will they follow it to the letter and in between the lines you will see that they tell you that you will need to provide everything including the words to your business plan and they just put the pieces together. My 11 year old daughter could do that and with less grammar and spelling errors.  I will never do business with this company again and I am writing this to warn others.  I lost $800 for not reading there terms and seeing the fine line they ride on.  Companies like this make other "Faith based Companies" look bad. I hope they try to approve there company standards instead of attacking there customers as you see by other rebuttals they have done.
