2013 vehicle was damaged by Black Bull Towing on 6/27/13 from the Courts of Bedford. Damages for claim was turned in and cannot get a call back. Was told their claims office is open from 10p - 6a and to ask for Renee. As I hung up, the woman snickered on the phone. What kind of claims office is only open from 10p-6a? Makes it an awkward time for an attorney to follow up with them on the claim.

Damage Caused by Towing Companies

Finding your vehicle damaged after being towed is not uncommon, also not uncommon is for towing companies, is not paying for any damage. Vehicle owners should file a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulations. Motorists who encounter a towing company who refuses to provide their insurance information should call 800-803-9202 and they will provide the insurance information, so you can file a damage claim.
