black bull towing They are in cahoots with the Arlington Judge from precinct 2 and Lakeside Madera Apartments ft worth, Texas

My car was towed even though I had a visitors pass on my dash as instructed. I have a deep dash so the flimsy piece of paper slipped down and they towed my car because they couldn't see all. Common sense and courtesy should be in place since it said specifically to place on dash and the managers initials were visible. Nevermind the nasty place I had to go to pick up my car, you get beeped in, never see a person, only a silouette behind a dark tinted bullet proof glass, then beeped out. NO person to person contact, just tacky. I took them to court and from the minute I got there I knew it was a waste of my time and money. The apartment manager and the towing guy were too friendly and when we went into the court room they knew the bailiff by his first name. The judge simply asked the Black Bull representive if he would tow a handicapped person for not having a fully visible dash pass and he said yes. Case closed. I know Black Bull towing and possibly Lakeside Madera are in the pockets of that judge, just way too weird and way too fast a decision. The tow guy couldn't even give the actual correct address that my car was towed from, its a huge scam and they know it. Go figure the bullet proof glass they work behind but now his name is known.  I will tell everyone I know about both these horrible, corrupt companies ( Madera owns at least three apartment complexes that I've discovered) I may never see my money, but I will get the last giggle, one way or another.
