This company towed a friend's car 15 min after we arrived to the complex. Even though he was parked in visitors parking with a visitors pass for overnight parking. They said that the info was not filled out on the tag (VIN # and description of vehicle) which was not required by my apts. the also stated the car was towed at 4am which would have been almost 2 hours after we arrived.

When arriving to pick up the vehicle the office only allows one person at a time and has dark tinted glass so you can not see who you are speaking to. This is a very big safety issue!

Their charges are ridiculously high! 293.00! Luckily our complex called and complained and we did not have to pay since it was illegally towed (aka stolen).
