On Nov 29, 2014 I ordered two Elephant Back Packs in black from Black Mountain Sports that were advertising on Facebook. After three weeks I contacted them and they responded that they were shipped on Dec 23, 2014 We have not recieved them and they will not respond to our attempts to resolve this.
