Black Mountain Sports Failed To Deliver Purchased Items, Lied and said Items had been delivered already Internet

I made 2 separate purchases of 20L backpacks before Christmas. I recieved apologies by email correspondence they were being delivered late and that I would automatically be upgraded to a larger 30 L bag. 3 weeks later recieved another statement of the same. A month later nothing. No response from any avenue of customer service. Facebook, email, website. Checked my order status on the website. It said that both orders had been fulfilled less than a week after they had been ordered. I am now working with my credit card company to try to get the money back.
