Black mountain sports They took my money, promised delivery of items several times, and never delivered. Internet

I placed my order on December 4th, 2014. I received a shipping confirmation on December 11th. On December 18th I received another email saying that the item was on back order and that the confirmation I recieved was in error and that all items would be shipped starting on January 5th. I waited until the 7th when I received another email stating that all orders were being fulfilled with 2 day shipping And should arrive by fri/sat. I waited until Tuesday to write back to them to say I hadn't received my item. At which point they didn't respond.  It wasn't a lot of money that I lost, it's the principle that I trusted them with my money and they stole from me.
