I emailed them twice before they finally answered my email stating that it was being shipped. This run around went on for 4 months before they quit responding to emails and facebook messages. On December 4, 2014 I ordered an "Elephant Back Pack" that was advertised on their website and Facebook page.

2 months later, I contacted them a 3rd time after not receiving any response from the first 2 emails and 2 facebook inquiries.

I was told by email that my order would be shipping the following monday.

When I didn't received the package, I emailed them and told them to refund my money. I was assured again that "because of the high volume of orders" it would be shipping on Friday.

I contacted them again about my package I never received. I then decided since they weren't responding to my emails that I'd contact them via Facebook. I was told it would be shipped soon. When I told the person to just refund my money they said they couldn't because it was in shipping.

Now their website is down, they've deleted all previous facebook messages on their wall and refuse to answer messages.
