BLAIR I purchased product, returned and they will not credit my account. I can't reach them by email or web address. Warren PA

I purchased an item from Blair which I received on 07/09/2015.  I was not happy with the quality or fit of item so I returned it immediately on 07/10/2015.  When I try to contact them, you cannot reach them by "contact us", "customer service", or "returns".  They do not respond at all.  My account has not been credited back but they continue to send me annoying surveys which I complete to no avail.  I am certain they have no intentions of crediting my money back.  Their return policy clearly states that if unsatisfied with item, a full refund will be returned.  Not only do they not credit my account, they continue to send me junk mail.  I am very frustrated with this company.  I have been had.
