I placed an order over a month ago and my credit card was charged immediately. I have not yet received the blinds I ordered. I decided to contact the company since I had recently placed an order with the company and received the merchandise in record time. When I tried contacting the company by phone I was no longer able to speak to a live person and the website also appears to be "down". I finally realized that I had been ripped off and the company is no longer in business. I'm more than certain the company is a rip-off now that I have read other rip-off reports about the company. My credit card company is currently investigating the issue and I hope to receive a credit on my credit card.
