Blink Fitness Fraudulently took money from my account with no authorization Bedford Texas

Blink Fitness Blink fitness has taken dues from my bank account 3 times in 10 days. Club door is locked with a sign be open late December. Wtf? They are taking dues but their doors are closed and locked? No answer on phone, no outgoing msg.

Tried to call corporate number, no answer and after 10 minutes got a msg center. No bank authorization from me exists on my account. Banking authorization documents on file have my name wrong, my birthdate wrong, my address wrong and it is not signed or initialed by me but rather someone scrawled capital initials and the last 4 digits of my social in those blanks.

I had to cancel bank accounts. I have a letter from the local manager dated Dec 2nd that my contract indeed had been cancelled. They took out two payments, one that day and one a week later, after also taking one before on Nov 28th. None of those are my dues dates. Big time frauds.

Is owned by Trump billionaire fundraiser buddy Steven Ross. My bank said this company has been reported for fraud  and I'm sending certified letters tomorrow including one to the attorney general bank fraud department. What they did is not ok. Bedford Texas
