Blink Fitness Credit Card Fraud, charged my card after I cancelled, moved and changed my card. Confirmed by my bank! Jackson Heights New York

I joined Blink Fitness on a month to month $20 membership in March of 2015 in Jackson Heights. I was living there for a brief time. When I joined I explained that I can only do month to month because I was waiting to get an apartment outside of Queens. I was a customer there from March until May. During the time I was living there, every time I tried to go to Blink, no matter what time of day, I could never workout. i tried all different hours. 

In May, I was accepted for an apartment and went into Blink Fitness in Jackson Heights on Roosevelt and told the Manager there, a spanish male, I think his name was Mario or something at the front desk that I was moving from Jackson Heights and to cancel my membership immiediately.

I moved and changed my credit card, literally just in case. In August I noticed 2 small charges of $31.36 from Blink fitness on my bank account. I immediately contacted my bank. They said that the only way Blink could have charged me is if I went and changed my card with them directly. I never did that. I have been a business customer of my bank for 10 years and have multiple alerts on my account. They told me to call Blink. I called and emailed Blink customer service in Manhattan. They told me that they did not have record of my cancellation and futher said my bank must have made the change! This would never happen. I own a business. These people are liars. I asked for a refund and in writing, again, stated to make sure my account was cancelled/ They refuse to comply. The rip off report is the first place I am going to on this issue. If they still refuse to refund and confirm cancellation, I will suggest my lawyer to handle this directly.
