Blink Fitness Blink Fitness AKA Blink Holdings, Inc are thieves and liars Valley Stream New York

I’m leaving New York to relocate to North Carolina and went to the 14 Brooklyn Avenue Valley Stream location to cancel my membership I was told there’s a early termination fee of $60 for my Green  membership which is in the terms and agreements when you sign up.

I stated there is no info about a termination fee anywhere in the terms and condition. The assistant manager then went to the website and reviewed the terms and condition with me and found no description or explanation of a early termination fee or the amount i was to pay of $60. 

He then called the manager who stated it’s in the FAQ section of the website;  which means it's $60 + 45 days of membership, just to cancel. 

This is a violation of the initial agreement I signed. the FAQ information is seperate and not a part of the initial agreement which makes there actions ILLEGAL.

An adendum to a contract must be apart of the contract and not a seperate document added after the contract is signed.
