I ordered 6 long stem roses in a vase from Bloomex.com.au on February 10th 2014. They were to be delivered on February 13 in Australia. I also purchased a Valentines day card. They delivered 6 short stem roses in a box on February 13, 2014 with no Valentine card but instead a piece of Cash Register Paper with writing on it that said it was from me. I complained to the company about their mess up. The sent a new order of flowers and apologized. The new order showed up on February 17, 2014. Again, 6 short stem not long stem roses and not vase, and again a piece of cash register paper with my name on it. Nothing else. I demanded a refund in full on February 17th.  They have refused to refund
