Beware of Bloomex Flowers.

They deliver rotten fruit and wilted flowers. They ask you to call the recipient to take a picture and send it to them to prove this. Totally unreasonable when they omit the senders name, and the recipient does not know who to call to tell about the problem. In our case we called a few days later because we did not hear from the recipient. They said they got a basket with no information on it and since the flowers were wilted and the fruit had rotted, they discarded it.

Bloomex should take a picture to prove it was right in the first place. They give no refund or replacement, and treat their customers as crooks and liars.
