Today was my mother's 81st birthday. I sent a fruit basket, card, large balloon and teddy bear to say Happy Birthday. I ordered online through Bloomex Canada in the Napanee, Ontario area.

When I called my mom I asked if she received her gift, she did. But she asked if there is any way that I can get my money back. I asked her why would I do that, and she sounded close to tears and said we had to throw the fruit out it had such a strong musty odour.

Also, the balloon that should have been inflated with Helium and has written on it "Happy Birthday" was in the box deflated, I guess my 81 year old mother was suppose to go get the balloon blown up on her own!!!

This was such a rip off, close to $100 for what? I will be speaking to someone about this on Monday.
