Blooms N Roses Flowers & Gifts failed to deliver, lied about delivery, cannot be contacted on given phone number Internet, Internet

Ordered flower bouquet for Valentine's day delivery Feb. 14, 2012. Order placed on website one week before. No delivery was made. Unable to telephone the 416 number given, there was no identification, no person to answer the call, no option to leave a message. My Email sent was not responded to.
Feb. 15th in the evening flower delivery was made, but flowers were not accepted (it was no longer V-Day).
Feb. 16th, the same flowers were found, mid-day, stealthily stashed in a corner on the front porch of the delivery address residence. A number of flowers were broken, and the vase that was to have come with the bouquet was absent. A notice was taped to the flowers reading "Delivery Confirmation, Order #82581,date Tue Feb. 14", clearly a lie.
Clearly the company is incompetent, unethical, liars, have no understanding of or interest in customer service.  

Spread the word, this sham of a company must be put out of business.
