I called their shop in hopes to get a quote for a bouquet of flowers. I was given a quote over $160 which was way out of my price range. So I politely said that it was too much, and I would have to look elsewhere.
I was then called back and asked by a woman named Sonali,  if they were to go through with the order. I stated that I had said I couldn't afford the price and I had told the earlier gentleman that I could not do it. She said ok, and hung up. The next second she called me right back and I answered and she told me there was a $40 fee to put back the flowers that I had gotten only a quote on. I told her that there was no way this could be, as I had just spoken to them and they hadn't had
time to put together the flowers yet. She then argued that if I do not pay this amount then I be charged for the original $160 and that the order I originally just quoted, still go out. I said that, again I cannot afford this, and she said it is going out, and hung up on me. I then tried to call back 11 times, which I was repeatedly put on hold and hung up on over and over, and the final call they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I have now been charged for $82.37 and I
have no idea what it is for. I have notified my bank to hopefully reverse the charge and will be speaking to a lawyer.
