Blue Bay Advisors, Blue Bay Advisors USA 1, Peter Miller, Michael Schumacher Took my money and has not listed my property and will not return phone calls. Orlando Florida

In January of this year (2008) I received a call from a Mr. Schumacher of Blue Bay Advisors indicating that my timeshare property at Table Rock Landing was in high demand and asked if he could list if for sale. He said it would cost me a $297.50 fee, $173.50 for a title search and then 6% commission when the property sold. He indicated the property would bring $14,000 to $17,000 and should sell within a few months.

Then in early February I received a follow up phone call from a Mr. Peter Miller at 866-728-9735 x207. Indicating that the deal had gotten better and they would only charge the $297.50 as a fee until the property sold. Then after the sale they would charge the other fees quoted to me by Mr. Schumacher. He said the property would be listed immediately and again verbally confirmed the sale should be made in a few short months.

After several months went by without a word I called the number listed in previous paragraph and left two separate messages. I did not receive a return call. About a month later I called again and received a return call from a lady who said she was Mr. Millers assistant and she thought this had to do with me listing my property. When I told her I was calling because I wanted to know the status of my property and was not able to find the listing after performing a search on their website she said she would have someone call me. I still cannot find the listing and still have not received a return phone call indicating what is going on with my property and what is being done to sell it.

I believe I have been ripped off by this company and want all my money back. It has been nearly 6 months and I havent gotten one return phone call, one inquiry to buy my timeshare property and can't find my listing on their website even when the ad number was listed as AG 185.
