Blue Bay Advisors Yet ANOTHER timeshare SCAM! Orlando Florida

I was contacted numerous times by Nick Dello with a wonderful sounding proposal to sell our timeshare in Branson MO with no upfront costs.

Mr. Dello stated that Blue Bay reps had just been to a convention of some sort (I don't remember his terminology) and the demand for timeshares at Branson exceeded the supply! Amazing! He also stated the average selling price was in the mid-$20k. Wow, more than we paid for the unit!

I checked Blue Bay out on the BBB and lo and behold there had been 17 complaints filed in the past 12 months. Of the 17 only 2 were unresolved or not responded to. All others were resolved or "company made every effort to resolve".

So, sucker that I am, I agreed to sign a contract. Guess what? Had to pay for a title search $497 But I did do the Estoppel Letter (that they said they had to have up front) myself so I saved the other $373 fee they tried to assess.

Well, that was last August 2008. Haven't heard a word from them since the credit card was charged. Imagine that.

Prior to signing the contract, I did get an email from a Ryan Maxey (ryan_bbadvisor@yahoo.com) and he told me to feel confident that I had selected a co. who is the leader in the field; that they had experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and had even moved into the heart of Orlando's financial district!

So glad scam artists have experienced a boom in business!

Oh, by the way Joe Esposito, don't try to claim I am a disgruntled employee like you do all the rest of the folks who report your scams.
